ThermaWrap is a 4mm thick reflective aluminum Insulation for pipes and ducts, designed prevent heat loss and freezing. ThermaWrap is commonly used for pipes and ducts within Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. It enables hot or cold air to pass through without fluctuation in temperature. It’s thin, flexible and easy to install in tight spaces.

How Does ThermaWrap Work?

The internal bubble membrane of the product offers great thermal benefits by trapping air within the small pockets of the product. The outer aluminium foil layer reflects any external temperature away from the internal pipes and reflects the internal temperature inside. This helps to maintain an ambient temperature. Maintaining the internal temperature will take some pressure off of the HVAC system because it won’t have to work as hard for the same outcome. This will lead to a more efficent HVAC system and a reduction in energy bills.
