BreatherQuilt - The TLX Gold Alternative; Multifoil Insulation have now replaced TLX Gold with a new, fully agrémont certificated product, YBS BreatherQuilt.
BreatherQuilt is not only lower in cost, importantly it provides a better R Value than TLX Gold and is accepted by ALL Local Council Building Control - BreatherQuilt is fully approved by LABC.
The fully BDA certified BreatherQuilt is 2-in-1 Insulating Breather Membrane. BreatherQuilt improves the thermal value of your roof without a risk of condensation and with little or no change to the roof height.
BreatherQuilt has been designed for today’s roofer. Whether you are carrying out a roof refurbishment or new build project, BreatherQuilt improves thermal performance and eliminates the risk of condensation, it vents moisture like a breather membrane and yet insulates like non-breathable PIR board. With BreatherQuilt there is no condensation risk - even without a vapour barrier.
TLX Gold and BreatherQuilt are supplied in the same size Rolls 1.2m x 10m providing 12m² per roll.
